Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time to promote our products/services and facilitate the sales process. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn a petrol allowance, making this position even more rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live spot communications with potential customers to introduce our products/services and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Utilize various communication channels such as phone calls, live chat, and video conferencing to engage with customers and provide personalized assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Actively participate in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude towards achieving goals.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies, is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend events.
