Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Graphics Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs across various digital and print mediums. Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator is essential, along with a strong aptitude for creative thinking and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts and visual assets that align with our brand identity and objectives.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other promotional channels.
• Apply your creative thinking and design expertise to bring ideas to life, while also considering factors such as target audience, messaging, and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and deliver innovative solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphics designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator.
• Excellent design skills, including a keen eye for typography, color theory, and composition, as well as a solid understanding of design principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software/tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts visually and verbally.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also being receptive to feedback and willing to iterate on designs as needed.
